The Filmtools Table-Top Mini Scrim Kit is a hybrid kit that includes both Filmtools and Matthews 3/8″ grip gear. This is a starter kit that provides you with the basic components you need for tabletop shots. Filmtools was the first company to come up with a 3/8″ grip gear format to address the need for smaller, lighter equipment to compliment smaller video cameras.Matthews soon followed suit and the result is this hybrid kit that includes our sleek 3/8″-16 threaded Teenie Weenie rods, grip head, base and adapter which allows the Matthews MicroGrip flags to be attached. We include a variety of 7 flags and scrims as well as a Pelican 1040 Micro case to keep your flags safe and organized.
